Family-friendly, great spot for a stay
So we had the chance to stay just a couple blocks from the action. There's a happy hour every weekday with snacks and drinks that's a good way to unwind before hitting the streets. It, ya know? Plus, they had a kitchenette which was super handy, especially for feeding the kids without always having to hit up restaurants. You got kids, you know the struggle.
It was a bit pricey, but honestly, for what we got, it wasn't outrageous.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited Central Park and the Museum of Modern Art, both just a short ride away. The rooms were spacious, and the location is super convenient for exploring. Don't miss the Manager's reception with free snacks and drinks on weekdays! Just a heads up, it gets crowded during breakfast, so plan accordingly.
We had some issues with the bathroom faucet, which was quite frustrating.

I had a good stay at Element in New York. The location is fantastic, very close to the subway and within walking distance to many attractions. The room was spacious with a nice kitchenette, which was handy for preparing meals. The bed felt comfortable, and I enjoyed the modern design of the space. The breakfast options were good, but it gets crowded quickly, so an early start is key to avoid long waits. One major downside was the inconsistent water temperature in the shower. it shifted from cold to scalding, which was quite uncomfortable. Housekeeping every other day isn’t ideal either. I prefer a daily clean. An issue with elevator wait times during busy hours added some frustration to the experience. Despite these hiccups, the value for the location and amenities was decent, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help. All in all, it’s a hotel with potential but needs attention to a few maintenance issues.

the hotel was really clean n cozy, had all the facilities we needed. breakfast was super good with many options. the staff was always helpful, made our stay feel great. the location is just perfect, close to all the cool places in the city. we loved the kitchenette, it helped us a lot during our week there.
but the elevators were a nightmare, like waiting forever. also, they cleaned our room only once during the 8 nights, which was kinda disappointing.

Great location and spacious rooms!
I had a fantastic stay, with a great location just a short walk from Times Square. The room was spacious and came equipped with a kitchenette, which made it super convenient for preparing meals. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety and was well organized, though it got a bit crowded. A downside was the noise from the street at night, which might be problematic for light sleepers.

The location offers quick access to major attractions and public transportation, making it a breeze to explore the city. Each room includes a kitchenette equipped with a full-size fridge and microwave, which is perfect for storing snacks or reheating leftovers after a busy day.
Elevator wait times can be a real hassle, especially if you’re on a higher floor. there have been reports of only one or two elevators working at crucial times, forcing guests to wait longer than desired. Additionally, the breakfast area feels cramped with insufficient seating, which can lead to a chaotic dining experience during busy hours. Issues with cleanliness in the common areas have also been noted, detracting from the overall feel of the hotel. On top of that, some guests mentioned problems with water temperature in the rooms, making quick showers a bit of a gamble. Personally, the noise from nearby streets and common areas can be bothersome, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind.
