Hip new and spotless place with a friendly reception.

Thank you for the fine stay, nothing to complain about. Hotel is ideal and comfy and everything was perfect. It's nestled in a nice building with magnificent and fab location in Time Square. Helpful and excellent staff, free wake up calls and ironing.

The hotel's overall design and layout were easily accessible for senior guests, with wide hallways and elevators that were not too busy to navigate. The general areas were bright and airy, offering a comfortable and safe environment for those of us with a little less mobility. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the outdoor terrace on the top floor, which treated me to breathtaking views of the surrounding city, giving me a sense of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of New York.
