my experience at element was incredible! the facilities, the cleaning of elevators and lobby. the rooms are very comfortable, each with a kitchen 100% equipped to cook or keep what you buy cold and fresh. the location is really great, it's only 5 min walk from the bus station and very near to subway lines. the rooms were cosy and nice, the personal at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. it was nice having a kitchenette with stove-top, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer in the room. wood floors rather than carpet added to the clean feel of the room.

The breakfast was complimentary and generous and with constant food; the staff was competent. I had recently renovated and functional room with a view of the Empire State, large bed, for instance.

Responsive and competent staff and truly exceptional accommodation. Nicely furnished and brand-new units with the worst floors. All in all amazing setting so close to times square, subways, and theatres. Excellent service everywhere.

The hotel's breakfast spread was a nice surprise, with hot options available - quite a treat! The convenient kitchenettes in the rooms made life so easy, along with the handy laundromat on Floor C. The free happy hour with wine and snacks was a fantastic touch as well. 🍷 Though breakfast could get a bit chaotic with long lines and limited seating, it's a minor issue compared to the overall excellent stay experience here.

The modern, minimalist decor and the well-equipped rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi made my short stay comfortable.

One minor inconvenience was the limited dining area for the number of guests, which could get crowded during peak times.

Location: the hotel was very close to Penn Station for Amtrak, the most important sightseeing places and stores and Times Square and Bryant Park. The room was contemporary and fashionable, included with kitchenette, good shower, as example.

Enjoyed the TV streaming options and pet-friendly policy. The sound isolation was impressive, making for a peaceful stay, even next to the elevator. Loved the spacious room with cooking facilities. The location was convenient for exploring landmarks like Bryant Park and The High Line. Great for family bonding and relaxation. The only downside was the elevator wait times.

Had really really nice stay during the last night and the weather was pleasant. Having breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal and omelette was a nice bonus. The location was marvellous and fantastic, close to 8th avenue, better than I ever had previously. Manhattan district was worth staying in.

Views were not so good.

Overall clean accommodation, extraordinary service-minded and highly professional staff. Omelette, fresh fruit, and cereals in the lobby for breakfast. Absolutely perfect and comfortable location close to the center of Times Square, the common areas and the United States in a good area. Besides, very convenient to a broadway theater.

Really bad views.

A unique travel experience awaits at this environmentally-friendly hotel with a rooftop observation deck and on-site gym. I loved the modern guest rooms equipped with entertainment options and free Wi-Fi. The lobby lounge was a great spot to mingle, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff made me feel welcome.

Convenient, fairly clean hotel with lovely and charming staff and an Irish bar. Awesome, fab location near of everything.

The warm staff made my first stay memorable, helping my old parents with a sweet attitude. This place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and more. I keep coming back for business trips without any regrets.

The venue was in a central location not far from 8th Avenue as well as metro station. Professional personnel at the reception desk and kept the hotel spotless.

Our bed was dirty.

The place was clean with an outstandingly helpful staff at the reception desk. The room was stocked and well laid out with a view when upgraded.

It had a bit lumpy beds, and the views appeared to be not very good.
